November 2014 Cooking Class

November 19 - Brazilian cooking class

Daiane is going to teach us how to cook Brazilian food!

The menu will be:
  • “Pão de queijo” (kind of cheese bread) as an appetizer
  • “Feijoada” (bean stew served with collard greens, rice and farofa) as a main dish
  •   Pumpkin compote with coconut for dessert

We will enjoy our lunch together after the cooking class. The cooking class will be held at the First Baptist Church, starting at 9:30 a.m

To join the class, please sign up and pay $5 at any of the regular Thursday meetings. The costs cover ingredients and copies of the recipes.
