September 2015 Cooking Class

Fatema will teach us how to cook some Indian (from India) dishes::
1. Paneer masala (Indian cheese with tomatoes and onions)
2. Gobi mattar (Cauliflower and peas)
3. Chole (chick peas)
4. Desert Shrikand or kulfi made from milk and yogurt
From 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the First Baptist Church (need directions? Click here)

We will cook and share our lunch together.
Please sign up during one of our Thursday meeting. Spaces are usually filled very quickly.
Fee: $5/person (to buy the groceries)
