Simin will teach us how to cook Iranian dishes:

1. Khoresht Gheymeh Bademjan, yellow split peas and eggplant stew (vegetarian)
2. Khoresht Karafs, Persian Celery Stew
3. Salad Shirazi, Persian salad from city of Shiraz
4. Shirini Nokhodchi, roasted chickpeas cookies

From 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the First Baptist Church (need directions? Click here)

We will cook and share our lunch together.

Please sign up during one of our Thursday meeting. Spaces are usually filled very quickly.

Fee: $5/person (to buy the groceries) Please pay in advance.
